Hand Up Africa was organized exclusively for charitable purposes based on the life and
teachings of Jesus Christ.  Specifically, Hand Up Africa provides equipment (farming,
paving, wood working, etc.) and training in the use of equipment for churches, schools,
orphanages and other groups that specifically target at-risk children.  This support
provides food and other necessities for the children, creates employment in the
community and generates income for the African organizations.

The name Hand Up Africa is a perfect fit for our organization and truly describes what we
are about as our main focus is to give people in Africa a hand up and not just a “hand
out”.  God has brought each of us together for such a time as this.  We now have to
decide if we will be a part of what he is doing.  Join us in giving a “Hand Up” in Africa and
beyond.
